NTT Data ir Lietuvos IT paslaugų teikėja Reiz Tech įsteigė bendrą įmonę LITIT

NTT DATA, the German arm of renowned global IT innovator NTT Group, is joining forces with Lithuanian end-to-end IT consulting provider Reiz Tech supporting global market leaders to co-found LITIT. The joint venture will be looking to bring up to 100 specialists on board in its first year of operations, with plans for a strong expansion in the next few years.

The new company will be focused on providing IT consultancy and IT-based solutions, including custom software development, strategic IT consulting, and support for applications and data platforms. The DACH region will be its geographic focus and industries such as automotive, financial services, and logistics will be a strategic target.

Kristina Kikalienė, CEO of LITIT, cites the strong track record of collaboration between the two companies as the driving force behind establishing the joint venture.

Over the past three years, we've executed a number of successful projects together, making it a logical progression to establish a new brand. Our aim is to draw in exceptionally motivated and skilled professionals who we believe holds significant promise in Lithuania to our new office.Kristina Kikalienė, CEO of LITIT

NTT Group and Reiz Tech first collaborated in October 2021, with 6 Application Support Specialists uniting on a project. Since that point, the partnership has expanded to a combined force of 35 professionals delivering services to clients in such diverse fields as automotive, banking, insurance, and others.

Aušrinė Armonaitė, the Minister of the Economy and Innovation, highlights this as yet another success story poised to generate high-quality employment opportunities in Lithuania.

LITIT intends to prioritize the nurturing of talents across various expertise levels in development, consulting, and application management within its domain. This will allow it to grow operations in the future and open new offices in Kaunas if demand requires. The company also has plans to collaborate with local educational institutions to help build future generations of sector-ready talent.

Elijus Čivilis, Managing Director of Invest Lithuania, underscores the substantial impact both local and foreign talent can have on the company’s future expansion.

The acknowledgment from global tech giants like NTT Data, recognizing Lithuania and our local firms as dependable partners for business growth, speaks volumes about our business landscape and talent pool. I am confident that this new venture will not only foster the professional advancement of local experts but also draw in foreign talent, thus propelling the company's continued evolution within Lithuania.
